FUTHER EDUCATION AND TRAINING CERTIFICATE – PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS PROGRAMME

The Problem-solving Skills Programme provides a structured learning approach that will equip you with key skills and tools to be able to set objectives, and then manage teams to meet those objectives through effective problem-solving. The training is designed to be engaging and practical, and uses real-world examples that will be immediately applicable back in your workplace. You will earn 24 credits once successfully completing this Problem Solving Skills Programme.

In this Skills Programme we will cover 3 topics: Set and Achieve Objectives, Basic Statistics and Problem Solving.

•The benefit of this Skills Programme as part of your B-BBEE skills development requirements, is your employees are required to not only learn the theory and skill but also apply the learnings in their workplace and make improvements with the help of a coach who mentors and assesses them.

What is a Skills Programme?
A short learning intervention that has been designed as an occupationally based, short term learning programme. This skills programme is derived from the Generic Management: NQF 4 qualification. Once successfully completing this programme you will earn credits against registered national unit standards. You will also receive a certificate of attendance from the training provider, as well as a statement of results from the Services SETA.

GROUP ON-SITE TRAINING

Designed with the adult learner in mind, all our training programmes are filled with engaging and fun activities. We use our client’s training rooms for on-site training which is a cost effective and convenient solution. We train groups of a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 20 people
