Tanya has 25 years’ technical and leadership experience in Supply chain and People capability development within global FMCG businesses. She has a strong track record spanning Brewing, Engineering, Capital Projects, Process Development and Innovation, Process Optimisation, Technical People Development, and in managing functional and technical line teams to deliver business results. Tanya joined TLC as the Managing Director in February 2017 and brings a depth of knowledge and experience to the team and in supporting our clients to deliver sustainable results.

Executive Director

Sithembiso is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has over 20 years’ experience in business process improvement. He has supported multiple companies with their industrial and quality strategy development and implementation. He is an Executive Director at TLC and Director and founder of Milne and Mbhele consulting, supporting clients with Lean and Six Sigma deployments and business intelligence systems. He was previously Vice President at Schneider Electric and Manufacturing Development manager at SAB.

Sithembiso’s extensive knowledge and experience of best operating practices makes him a valuable resource for our clients. He holds a degree in Analytical Chemistry from Mangosuthu University of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wales.

Maurice has over 2 decades’ experience in business process improvement methods and practices. He has been involved in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and practices since 2006. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has worked with clients across various industries, supporting their business process improvement efforts, and has a proven track record for training students on complex problem solving tools and techniques and coaching them through business impacting projects, delivering hard-benefits to their organisation’s bottom-line. He is passionate about customer service and making a meaningful difference to organisations and individuals he works with.

Sarah Giles
Business Development Manager

Sarah is TLC’s Business Development and Client Relationship Manager and has over 12 years experience.  Her role promotes, sells and secures business through a relationship-based sales approach. Sarah’s experience spans clients from small businesses to multinationals, across multiple industry sectors.  She is inspired to ‘see the world’ through the eyes of customers, whether individuals or companies, and brings this insight to drive continuous improvement in TLC’s Customer Experience solutions.  Her son Alex and daughter Emily, love visiting the team and spending time in the nursery at our head office.

Prineshan Amichand
IT Manager

Prineshan Amichand is TLC’s IT Manager and course facilitator. He provides technical support to internal TLC team and external customers . Prineshan provides IT support for The Leadership Centre and is involved in designing and delivering technology solutions on projects as well as managing software licensing and provider SLAs. Prineshan facilitates TLC’s Lean FOCUS, Lean Leader Internship and Design for Six Sigma courses.

Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer

Roxy is our creative guru at TLC. She joined TLC in 2014 as our Graphic Designer and marketing specialist. She manages our marketing campaigns and monthly marketing activities to grow TLC’s brand. Roxy also adds her creative magic to our curriculum development and customised learning programmes for our clients.

I.T and eLearning specialist

Taryn manages TLC’s IT support and is our eLearning specialist . Her role includes creating and updating our eLearning curriculum which is uploaded to our online learning portal, The Leadership Centre. She also supervisors the learner support role with support queries, registrations and tracking learner progress.  Taryn’s technical support and experience in IT systems is extremely valuable in managing this critical role for the business.

Giselle van Wyk

Giselle manages TLC’s finances and is our bookkeeper. She has been part of the TLC team for over 9 years. Giselle works remotely from her home office and ensures that our invoices and payments are always up to date. Giselle’s kids Jamie and Thomas also love visiting the team at our Head Office and we so enjoy having Giselle part of our TLC family.

Training co-ordinator and Learnership administrator

Azanda joined TLC in 2017 as an intern during her Business Management studies at Damelin College. In 2018 she joined officially as our training co-ordinator and more recently manages our Learnership administration and co-ordination with the SETAs, internally and liaising with our clients. Azanda is focused on delivering results by maintaining the internal business processes to meet both SETA and our client’s requirements.

Scelumusa is TLC’s training co-ordinator, office administrator and assists our learners with online support . Her role is crucial to ensure all training supplies are provided for our facilitators to deliver our experiential and practical training. Her administrative support to the business is a key enabler to our success and ability to meet client requirements.
