COVID-19 MESSAGE FROM TLC

This is a very challenging time for businesses and employees alike.  It is essential to safeguard employees and take all steps to limit the risks. We are continuing to work remotely as a team and have implemented a workplace policy to follow strict protocols when in our office in line with WHO guidelines and the SA Government directives.

At TLC we seek to solve our client’s problems, and this is no different. We’re known for our interactive classroom training, but we’re equally well-equipped to deliver using technology – eLearning and virtual instructor-led sessions. Where it is no longer possible to run classroom training, we are transitioning to online solutions. We are working with our clients to ensure this situation does not jeopardise employees’ ability to complete their training programmes.

We are also mindful that Skills Development is a priority B-BBEE element, and companies are at risk of dropping levels if training plans are cancelled. Even if employees can’t attend classroom training, or are working from home, their personal development doesn’t have to stop. Our eLearning solutions can ensure your training plans do not fall behind.

Our eLearning covers areas of Business Improvement, Change Management, Customer Experience and a range of essential business skills as short modules. Eg. Emotional Intelligence and Time Management. We can also help you host any internal training modules on our eLearning platform.
