Six Sigma Program Experience – As part of the initial rollout of Lean Six Sigma at General Electrics (GE), Debbie McCarthy, one of the Co-Founders of TLC ran multiple projects in the Call Centre and Operations. These projects yielded over $1.5million in savings and resulted in Debbie presenting her project to Jack Welch for outstanding achievement. The Lean Six Sigma Program was credited with helping the leadership team to turn the business around from making a $100M loss to a $8M profit in 8 years.
Training, Coaching and Lean Six Sigma Project Facilitation: TLC has engaged with one of South Africa’s largest Insurance companies to roll-out Lean Training and Lean project support in its World-Class Service/ Lean Program. Focus is on operations, sales, underwriting and claims payment. Creating a Visual Management solution is a central component to the success of this program.
