LEARNING ASSESSMENT (REFLECT)
TLC offers the opportunity for each learner to complete a Learning Assessment in the form of an online exam to confirm retention of key learning principles.
COACHING SUPPORT (EXPERIENCE)
TLC provides 2 additional hours of coaching support to review each participant’s certification portfolio of evidence. The first hour is intended to review the first submission and provide feedback. The second hour is to review the work and give approval or disapproval depending on the work quality.
SIMULATED PROJECT (DO)
TLC’s Lean and Six Sigma course includes a built in simulated project to aid in the learning process for the adult learner. Each participant will be introduced to the simulated project and given the chance to start it during training. Following training, each participant then completes their simulated project work and portfolio of evidence and sends it in to TLC for review and comment.
LEARNER FORUM (REFLECT)
Learners have the opportunity to login to TLC’s eLearning platform, The Leadership Centre, to review supplemental course material, quizzes and participate on Learner Forums. Learner Forums are a place for all TLC learners from all organizations to submit their questions to a course expert and to exchange in idea sharing with other learners.
