Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training is intended as an introduction to the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve & Control) method to problem solving. This course is specifically designed for your front-line and shop-floor employees who are expected to be support members of business improvement teams. The intention is for shop-floor and front-line employees to learn the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma to be more effective project team members as well as to learn effective problem solving tools and techniques.

A Certificate will only be issued on completion of both the theoretical knowledge and practical workplace application project. At the end of the agreed upon time, the Intern will submit a project that will be due at the end of 12 months.
