INTERNSHIP INCLUDES


• 4 days of theoretical training
• 6 months access to the online Emerging Leader training course
• Theoretical online exam
• Project coaching & assessments for practical workplace project application
• Practical workplace projects
• Emerging Leader advanced certification administration
• International certification

A Certificate will only be issued on completion of both the theoretical knowledge and practical workplace application project. At the end of the agreed upon time, the Intern will submit a project that will be due at the end of 6 months.

• Apply the A3 problem solving technique
• Apply Root Cause Analysis techniques (5 whys, Brainstorming and Fishbone)
• Discuss the importance of applying Visual Management that drives performance
• Define motivation and identify ways to motivate your team and achieve your teams Vision/Objective/Mission
• Apply techniques to engage your team to enable them to perform optimally
• Discuss and apply the Principles of Delegation
• Apply PC Skills


• Create the goal, roles and relationship tool for your team
• Complete a team styles map for your team
• Implement an improvement project
• Present your action learning projects to the class
